I thought I was saving me time & plant babysitting I thought I was saving me time & plant babysitting ๐Ÿ˜ณ

But now I feel behind since I donโ€™t have a seed started plant to put in the ground.

Gardening is such a balance. Even growing on the scale that I choose to grow. In January, I seed started less, with the intention of direct sowing instead.

Due to weather and life, I wouldโ€™ve been better off managing a bajillion starts vs the thoughts I feel now. But here we are, and such is life. ๐Ÿ˜†

We donโ€™t always get it right. But we learn and keep going. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป And my garden will produce a bountiful harvest.

Hit that follow button & watch me setup my garden to defend itself from pests.

โžก๏ธ If youโ€™re done losing plants every season and ready to build a garden that actually defends itself, comment DEFEND and Iโ€™ll DM you the link. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š

Bet??๐Ÿ’ฐ But it wasnโ€™t just planting plants. It was Bet??๐Ÿ’ฐ

But it wasnโ€™t just planting plants. It was planting strategically with companion plants to support my main crops.

Planting this way is how Iโ€™m able to harvest 100s of pounds of produce from my garden.

You donโ€™t need more tips โ€” you need a system. Her You donโ€™t need more tips โ€” you need a system.

Hereโ€™s the one that actually works:

Start with soil that can support growth (compost, not guesswork).
Plant for your season โ€” not someone elseโ€™s timeline.
Space things out so airflow is real, not wishful thinking.
Mix in herbs and flowers so beneficial insects show up early.
Mulch so youโ€™re not chasing water all summer.
Water deep and keep it consistent.
Check your garden a few times a week so nothing sneaks up on you.

Thatโ€™s it.

No chaos. No constant fixing. No trying a new โ€œhackโ€ every week.

When you follow a system, your plants stay strongerโ€ฆ and strong plants donโ€™t create as many problems.
